Program Definition

The Peacefully Ambitious CEO Program is a 1:1 or group container between the client and coach. The container includes and is not limited to the delivery of consulting, coaching, curriculum, worksheets, tools and exercises that are provided to the client by the coach. The delivery of said resources and support is customized to the client's needs as evaluated by the coach. Delivery of resources and/or support may be delivered digitally, in person or over the phone, depending on the clients' needs and agreed upon arrangement. All the deliverables are intellectual property of the Peacefully Ambitious CEO and are for use by the client solely in a learning capacity. 

Program Duration

The Peacefully Ambitious CEO Program happens in either a 6 week or a 12 week container. The weeks of the program begin as soon as client has their first session and run consecutively without interruption. The nature of the program is cumulative, and the expectation is that the client will go through the program without delay or interruption to get the full benefit. 

Cancelations and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the program's intellectual property, there are no refunds issued. The only exception is if you qualify for the Guarantee clause found on this page. 

Additionally, the program is set for a specified duration and expected to be cumulative and consecutive. Thus, there are no cancelations of the program. Under certain circumstances, a pause can be enacted, which is outlined in the Pause clause found on this page. 

Session Bookings

Showing up for you and being fully present to facilitate your transformation is a cornerstone of the Peacefully Ambitious CEO Program. In short, we will be there for you for every single session, ready to go. We expect the same level of commitment, value and care towards your sessions as we put in. 

This means once sessions are booked, we expect you to show up ready, present and able to provide undivided attention to your coaching. We will NOT be sending reminders or constantly be following up to remind you of any “homework” you may have between sessions and to do your weekly reviews. 

Similarly, it is your responsibility to make the most of your investment, which also includes ensuring you are booked in for a session each and every week. 

Detailed Breakdown of Sessions:

• You are responsible for booking your sessions every week. 
• The program runs for a set duration, consecutively, which includes weekly sessions during that set time period. Weeks are not to be skipped as the program is designed to be cumulative. For emergencies or unexpected events, see the section below. 
• If you miss scheduling a session during a given week, that week is still counted towards your program total.
• If you schedule a session and do not show up, it is counted towards your total. 
• Rescheduling sessions is fine as long as they are done at least 7 days in advance. 
• Canceled sessions within 7 days of booking are counted towards your total. 
• You understand that you void any guarantees if booked sessions are missed, especially within your first 30 days. 
• If you wish to make up for any missed sessions, they are to be purchased additionally at the end of your program. 

Booking Your Onboarding ("Week 0") 
This is a key part of your program, and it sets the foundation for the transformation you will have throughout your program. Because of this, we’ve laid out the following expectations:

• Once you sign up, coaching resources are allocated to you and reserved for you for the duration of your program.
• Because of this, we expect the program to move as designed, and thus you must complete and submit your onboarding documents and book your onboarding session within the first 14 calendar days of signing up for your program. 
• If you do not comply with the above, you forfeit the program guarantee. 

Once you begin your program, we block our time and resources for you.
For this reason, you must book for your first session within 14 days of receiving your Week 0 materials and starting your onboarding process.
If you do not complete your onboarding process or book your initial sessions within 14 days of starting your program, we will put your program on the Pause Clause and there will be a fee to restart your program. (See Pause Clause info elsewhere on this page.)

In Case of Emergencies or Unexpected Events 
While we hold the general sentiment that life doesn’t have a pause button and that your coaching is a key part of handling that reality, we still understand that life happens. In the event that unforeseen circumstances happen, we will do everything we can to accommodate your circumstances and ensure you still get the most out of your coaching. 

If you run into a true emergency or unforeseen circumstances throughout your program which causes you to miss a session, we have no problems “letting one slide” and accommodating a make-up session without any penalty. However, this only applies if you let your coach know prior to the session taking place and make every effort to communicate what is going on. 

At the end of the day, we’re people too and understand things happen so as long as communication is flowing, we will work with you the best that we can. Our goal is ultimately to do what we can to ensure you get the most out of your program. 

3. Putting Your Program on Hold

In rare or unforeseen circumstances we have the ability to put your program on “Hold”. The overall expectation is that you start and continue the program till the duration of the program is complete and the assumption is that upon starting you are not pre-booked to be unavailable for your coaching sessions. 

If you have pre-booked plans like a vacation, wedding or big life event that will not allow you to make a coaching call we recommend you let us know prior to starting the program and set your start session for after you return. 

The Hold clause is to be enacted under the following conditions:
1. If you request to put your program on hold we can do that for up to 90 calendar days. Reasons for this request may be:

• Circumstances have come that require you to miss more than one week 
• Work has gotten so busy that you cannot give the program your full undivided attention
• A once in a lifetime opportunity came your way and you need to take time away from the program to utilize it 
• You got sick and the illness has rendered you incapable to keep up with the program

2. If you don’t meet the program expectations and responsibilities your program will be considered on “Hold” due to non compliance:

• You did not complete your onboarding within the allotted 14 days 
• Your invoice is past due for longer than 7 days 
• Not showing up present and prepared for your session (as per the Responsibilities and Expectations section) 
•  You are not booking your sessions week to week 

Understand that if your program IS put on “Hold” the following will happen:

• Any upcoming booked sessions are canceled until you are ready to begin again 
• There will be no full or partial refunds for your program 
• A non-negotiable $750 fee will be required to restart your program
• It may take a few weeks to get you back into regular coaching rotation upon your restart 

4. Additional Notices and Conditions 

1. Peacefully Ambitious CEO does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any disease or mental condition. The FDA has not evaluated this information and we make no curative claims.

2. Featured testimonials on the Peacefully Ambitious CEO website and marketing materials are not compensated in any way. Your results will be impacted by your willingness and ability to show up and do the work.

3. All Peacefully Ambitious CEO techniques and exercises are self-help techniques used for stress reduction, relaxation, balancing mind-body systems, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for medical care or therapy. Please consult appropriate health professionals on any matter regarding your health.

Participation in the Peacefully Ambitious CEO program is voluntary. You agree that decisions or actions you make or take are made of your own free will, and are the liability and responsibility of you alone.

7. Consent for marketing purposes. By participating in the Peacefully Ambitious CEO program, you consent to allowing us to use your results, communications, or experiences in future marketing, promotional materials or conversations with other clients or prospects. We will NEVER, however, disclose any information that identifies you without your written consent. Nor will we ever disclose your name as a reference without your consent.

8. All Peacefully Ambitious CEO materials shared with you are copyrighted intellectual property. All usage rights are owned and controlled by Drasko Raicevic unless otherwise stated. Provided materials are available for non-commercial, personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute online Peacefully Ambitious CEO materials without express written permission first. You must make no modifications to the materials. You may not use the materials to suggest an association between yourself and any of our programs, or brand. Nor may you alter, add, delete, or misrepresent any content. You must retain all copyright, trademark and proprietary notices.

9. Participating in Peacefully Ambitious CEO sessions is acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions herein, and therefore that informed consent has been established.
