Stress Drivers persist because your brain wrongly believes they are required to keep you safe. Anything that is rooted in safety will always take emotional priority over the aspirations you have consciously. Goal: Your onboarding is self-guided and happens before your first coaching call. You will go through a series of assessments to identify your Stress Drivers and quantify the profit and time leaks you stand to recapture as you go through the program. 

 

Time Requirement: ~3.5 hours spread across a max. of 14 days.

 

Result: Get a clear sense of what Stress Drivers are negatively affecting your productivity, delegation and peace of mind to prep for the elimination stage. 

1:1 Coaching

Weekly 1:1 & Chat Support

 

Goal: Each week you'll work 1:1 on eliminating your assessed Stress Drivers. Each session is unique and personalized to exactly what you need to eliminate your limiting patterns. Additionally, you have chat access Mon - Fri inside your portal to support you with anything that comes up between sessions.
